The Best Time to Go to Bed According to Your Age

Infants (0-1 Year):  Bedtime should be between 7:00 PM and 8:00 PM. Newborns need 14-17 hours of sleep.

Toddlers (1-3 Years):  Aim for a bedtime around 7:00 PM to 8:30 PM. Toddlers need 12-14 hours of sleep.

Preschoolers (3-5 Years): Bedtime should be 7:30 PM to 9:00 PM. They require 10-13 hours of sleep.

School-Aged Children (6-12 Years):  Aim for 8:00 PM to 9:00 PM. With 9-11 hours of sleep needed.

Teenagers (13-18 Years): Ideal bedtime is 9:00 PM to 11:00 PM. Teens need 8-10 hours of sleep.

Adults (18-64 Years): Bedtime should be between 10:00 PM and 11:00 PM. Adults require 7-9 hours of sleep.

Older Adults (65+ Years): Aim for 9:00 PM to 10:00 PM. They need 7-8 hours of sleep. Earlier bedtimes can help accommodate.
