Mountain Pose (Tadasana):
Stand tall with feet together, arms by your sides, and weight evenly distributed.
Downward-Facing Dog
Start on your hands and knees, lift your hips up and back, and straighten your legs.
Child's Pose
Kneel, sit back on your heels, extend your arms forward, and rest your forehead on the mat.
Warrior
Step one foot forward, bend the front knee, and reach your arms overhead.
Tree Pose
Stand on one leg, place the other foot on your inner thigh or calf, and bring your hands together.
Cat-Cow Pose
On your hands and knees, alternate arching your back (Cow) and rounding it (Cat).
Bridge Pose
Lie on your back, bend your knees, and lift your hips while pressing your feet into the floor.
Seated Forward Bend
Sit with legs extended, inhale to lengthen your spine, and exhale to reach forward toward your feet.
